It is an easy walk to the beach and to local cafes. The staff were helpful and accommodating once we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Landlord very courteous and helpful. Room very spacious, very well appointed, tastefully decorated, clean, high ceilings Bed linen crisp and fresh Dishes, glasses, pots, cooking implements all very good Private balcony with table and chairs Everything worked 5 minutes walk to city tram 10-15 minutes walk to Acland St shops

The location in St kilda, being close to everything. The apartment was very clean and tidy. And easy of access.

Nice comfortable apartment that was a great location with easy access to the beach as well as transportation downtown. The tramline is only like a 5 minute walk away which made it really easy. Communication was good and it was easy self check into the apartment.

Good Price and fairly clean, nice that they dropped extra towels half way through our stay. Very basic room and facilities but for the price it was great. Location is excellent. Great street parking especially as it was a weekend.

Great location! About a 15 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the Main Street. Pretty quiet and the rooms where nice and clean.

This is such a "groovy pad"! Roomy enough for two (though I was alone). A welcoming 'down to earth feel', which I prefer to big, sterile Melbourne hotels. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent price. Alex, the manager, is ridiculously helpful, and the staff keep the place scrupulously clean. 11/10!

The location is excellent for going to things around St Kilda. We saw a show at the Palais which was a quick walk there and home afterwards. We stayed on a Saturday so free parking out the front was very convenient. Also, the room was lovely and cool when we arrived on a 39 degree celcius day.

The location is great. St Kilda is a top spot and the proximity to trams/transport is fantastic. Loved how quiet it was in an urban environment.
